Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://tjcleaningservicellc.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. T.J Cleaning Service LLC reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, T.J Cleaning Service LLC markets and arranges Residential Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Airbnb Cleaning, Office Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://tjcleaningservicellc.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of T.J Cleaning Service LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. T.J Cleaning Service LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Cap on Damages. Liability of T.J Cleaning Service LLC arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify T.J Cleaning Service LLC against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under FL law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in FL for any related dispute.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
